Step 1: Quartz & Sand Filtration

Raw water first passes through layers of high-grade quartz and fine sand. This natural filtration method effectively removes larger suspended solids, sediment, turbidity, and organic matter, clarifying the water as a critical first step.

Step 2: Activated Carbon Filtration

Next, the water flows through activated carbon filters. This stage is crucial for removing chlorine, pesticides, herbicides, and other volatile organic compounds (VOCs) that affect the taste and odor of the water, resulting in a fresh, clean taste.

Step 3: Reverse Osmosis Membrane

The heart of our system is Reverse Osmosis (RO). Water is forced through a semi-permeable membrane that removes up to 99% of dissolved solids, including heavy metals (like lead and arsenic), salts, minerals, and other microscopic contaminants.

Step 4: Ultraviolet (UV) Disinfection

As a final safety measure, the purified water passes through a powerful UV light chamber. This chemical-free disinfection process instantly neutralizes any remaining bacteria, viruses, and other microorganisms, ensuring the water is microbiologically safe to drink.
